Accountabilities:
- Receive, analyze, prioritize, and resolve complex HR inquiries submitted through the case management system.
- Utilize HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and related tools to investigate issues and provide accurate solutions.
- Handle escalated Tier 1 cases involving payroll discrepancies, HR systems, training, and employee transactions.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce repeat inquiries.
- Maintain and update HR knowledge resources, documentation, standard operating procedures, and service guidelines.
- Support HR system upgrades, enhancements, testing activities, and implementation initiatives.
- Partner with HRIS, IT, payroll, benefits, and other internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Process and validate HR transactions, ensuring accuracy of employee data including personal information, employment details, and organizational changes.
- Monitor service level agreements, productivity targets, and quality metrics to ensure timely case resolution.
- Promote employee self-service tools and educate HR teams on available resources and processes.
- Support compliance with internal policies, procedures, and HR operational standards.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, HRIS, payroll, benefits, or employee relations.
- Advanced experience using Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR technology platforms.
- Experience managing escalated employee cases and complex HR transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience conducting root cause analysis.
- Ability to interpret HR policies and procedures while applying sound judgment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
- Experience supporting HR process improvement initiatives and system implementations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate employee data.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, technology, and business stakeholders.
- Competitive hourly pay range of approximately $27.06–$37.21, depending on experience, education, location, and qualifications.
