As a Digital Insights Analyst in Product & Analytics, you will transform complex customer, product, and journey data into actionable insights that influence product strategy and business outcomes. You will partner closely with Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities, measure performance, and communicate meaningful findings through impactful storytelling and visualisation. 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Analyse customer, product, and journey data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable business insights.
  • Develop and present compelling data-driven narratives that influence product strategy and decision-making at multiple organisational levels.
  • Create executive-ready dashboards, visualisations, and performance reports that clearly communicate key business outcomes.
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and other analytical platforms to measure product performance and customer behaviour.
  • Partner with Product Owners to define measurement strategies, key performance indicators, and success metrics for product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and data collection solutions.
  • Conduct exploratory and hypothesis-driven analysis to uncover customer needs, behavioural patterns, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Synthesise data from multiple sources to create a holistic view of customer journeys and business performance.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of analytics frameworks, ensuring data quality, governance, and measurement consistency.
  • Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to align analytical findings with strategic objectives and product roadmaps.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3 years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, customer journey analytics, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, or similar digital analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex datasets and generate actionable business insights.
  • Experience creating dashboards and visualisations using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Experience communicating analytical findings to business stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of customer behaviour analysis, digital measurement strategies, and key performance indicators.
  • Experience partnering with product, business, or technology stakeholders to support data-driven decision making.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work through ambiguous business challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience using advanced capabilities within Customer Journey Analytics, including segmentation, journey exploration, attribution, pathing, and fallout analysis.
  • Experience supporting digital product teams in measuring customer experience and product performance.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating insights to senior leadership audiences.
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with customer experience, employee experience, or behavioural analytics in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience integrating and analysing data from multiple digital and non-digital data sources.
