Accountabilities:
- Own the creation of brand and campaign assets across digital, print, social, events, and motion, ensuring high-quality execution from concept through final delivery.
- Design and ship web and digital experiences, working across no-code, low-code, or front-end environments to bring work into production.
- Develop motion and video content including brand animation, product storytelling, and event visuals that strengthen narrative and identity.
- Build and maintain brand systems such as templates, component libraries, and self-serve tools that enable non-designers to produce high-quality outputs.
- Contribute to the development of AI-assisted brand workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across creative and marketing functions.
- Audit and refine brand consistency across all touchpoints while documenting design rationale through clear and actionable brand guidance.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, engaging early in briefs and shaping creative direction from the outset.
- Continuously evaluate the performance of creative work, iterating based on insights to improve future outcomes.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in brand design with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft, versatility, and a clear creative perspective.
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, composition, and color, with additional motion design experience highly valued.
- Background in agency or fast-paced environments with a desire for greater end-to-end ownership of creative work.
- Experience in motion design, brand animation, or product storytelling across digital platforms.
- Familiarity with no-code or low-code tools for building and shipping web or marketing experiences.
- Experience creating scalable brand resources such as templates, guidelines, or self-serve design systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools used in creative production, along with a thoughtful, practical understanding of their strengths and limitations.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion.
