Job Description

What you will do 

The Manager – Program Management leads learning program operations and governance for L&D Shared Services. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of learning projects, including intake, prioritization, planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple global business units.

This role serves as the key bridge between stakeholders, learning teams, vendors, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, meet quality standards, and achieve stakeholder expectations.

  • Manage the end-to-end flow of learning projects, from intake and prioritization through delivery and closure.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet agreed quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain consistent processes, SLAs, governance practices, and communication routines.
  • Track project progress, risks, team capacity, and vendor performance to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Provide leadership with clear dashboards, reports, and operational updates to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, learning teams, and vendors to align priorities and resolve delivery challenges.
  • Recommend actions related to staffing, workload balancing, prioritization, and resource utilization.
  • Drive operational efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement across learning programs.

How you will do it 

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track project timelines, priorities, risks, and progress.
  • Assign and balance work across resources and vendors.
  • Ensure quality, timely delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Monitor vendor performance and delivery commitments.
  • Create simple reports and dashboards to track project performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide regular project updates and insights to leadership.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree required; relevant certification in project management, program management, operations, learning, or business management preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Learning Operations, L&D Shared Services, Consulting, or Operations.
  • Experience managing global stakeholders, cross-functional virtual teams, vendors, and distributed workforces.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels with a strong business operations and reporting mindset.

  • Experience managing projects, programs, or operational initiatives.
  • Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable using data, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and project management platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment while delivering high-quality results.

Good to have

  • Experience working in a global L&D shared services, learning operations, PMO, consulting, or business operations environment.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, distributed teams, learning development workflows, operational dashboards, and leadership governance reviews.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design, multimedia development, quality assurance, learning technologies, and LMS-enabled delivery models.
