As the UK&I Field Manager for Sensormatic Solutions, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of field-based technicians delivering critical electronic security solutions across the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the UK&I Operations Director, you will play a central role in ensuring operational excellence across service and installation activities, including CCTV and Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS). You will drive service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and financial targets. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Planning, Service, Supply Chain, and Technical Support, you will ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement across all field operations.What We Offer

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Technicians to drive engagement, capability, and performance
- Deliver high-quality service and installation performance aligned to SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV, EAS, and associated technologies
- Collaborate with planning teams to optimise resource utilisation and field productivity
- Act as an escalation point for operational and technical issues, ensuring swift resolution
- Monitor and improve key field metrics such as first-time fix, closure rates, utilisation, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Conduct field audits, including vehicle, tooling, and compliance checks
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing technician development
- Analyse operational data and trends to drive continuous improvement and root cause resolution
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and successful project mobilisation
- Maintain accurate service documentation, reporting, and system updates
- Build strong customer relationships as a senior operational contact
- Drive cost efficiency by reducing rework and improving operational effectiveness
- Proven experience in a field operations or service delivery management role within electronic security or a related industry
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, EAS, and related systems
- Experience leading and managing remote, field-based teams
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities with a focus on engagement and development
- Solid understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and service performance management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and Health & Safety standards
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
- Relevant technical or management qualifications
- Experience in workforce planning and resource optimisation
- Background in retail security or large-scale service environments
