The beautiful Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is looking for a Communications Operator.

The ideal candidate will have minimum one year of hotel experience, schedule flexibility. Operator experience is highly preferred.
Classification: Full Time
Shift Pattern: Full availability, shell schedule is between 7 am to 11 pm, weekends and holidays required.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
- Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations
- Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations
- Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
