POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager, The Project Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, including planning, managing resources and supervising contractors engaged in construction projects at Natera. They also ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Facilities SOP management, assist with audit preps and post audit documentation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Coordinate and supervise contractors for Facilities project
● Facilities SOP management
● Audit preps and post audit documentation for Facilities Dept
● Assist with CAD design and space planning
● Identify project goals and scope
● Define tasks, milestones, and resources
● Estimate costs and set a budget
● Identify quality requirements
● Setting up a communication plan
QUALIFICATIONS:
Provide a list of qualifications that are truly required (e.g. Education and Experience, Equivalent job experience substituted for degree, preferred level to perform principal responsibilities, required certifications to successfully perform principal responsibilities, etc.)
● Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or a related field.
● Relevant professional experience (at least 1-3 years)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Provide a list of technical or behavioral knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.
Technical: Evaluates an applicant's acquired knowledge and specific technical skills.
Behavioral: Evaluates factors related to human characteristics and skills, such as attitude, work approach and collaborative abilities.
● Project management experience a plus.
● Organizational, time management, and communication skills.
