What You Will Do

• Lead quality planning and deployment activities for new product introductions (NPI/NPD) from concept through production release.
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements (e.g., AS9100, customer specs).

What You Will Learn

• End-to-end new product deployment lifecycle in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to aerospace quality systems, customer audits, and program governance.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Strong working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (PFD, PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Control Plans). Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or regulated manufacturing environments.
