Accountabilities:
- Conduct multiple daily virtual strategy sessions, translating complex financial situations into clear, actionable retirement and life planning strategies
- Own the full financial planning lifecycle, including cash flow analysis, investment strategy, tax planning, risk management, and estate planning integration
- Advise clients on retirement-specific topics such as Social Security optimization, Medicare selection, pension coordination, and annuity planning
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships in a fully remote environment while maintaining a high-quality, structured advisory experience
- Manage a high-volume schedule with precision, ensuring responsiveness, consistency, and operational excellence across all client interactions
- Adapt communication style to client needs, providing reassurance, clarity, and confidence during key financial decision points
- CFP® designation required
- 15+ years of client-facing financial planning experience, with significant focus on retirement and pre-retirement planning
- Strong expertise in cash flow planning, tax strategy, investment planning, and retirement income optimization
- Deep understanding of Social Security, Medicare, pensions, annuities, and estate planning integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships in a virtual advisory environment
- Advanced time management and scheduling discipline in high-volume client settings
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology platforms, including AI-assisted workflows
- Competitive base salary range of $135,000–$160,000 plus bonus potential based on experience and performance
