Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** The Package Consultant - SAP HANA FIN FI is responsible for supporting the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, with a focus on Financial Accounting processes. The role requires a solid understanding of SAP FI business processes and their integration with other SAP modules such as CO, MM, SD, and HCM. **Required technical and professional expertise** Years of Experience 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in SAP FI / FICO, including hands-on experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or spport projects. Key Responsibilities * Support SAP FI configuration activities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing. * Participate in requirement gathering workshops and document business requirements. * Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams in development-related activities. * Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing. * Support FI master data and transactional data migration activities. * Analyze and resolve SAP FI issues during implementation, testing, and post-go-live support. * Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. * Prepare process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and user guides. * Support month-end and year-end closing activities when required. * Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks with proper quality and documentation. Required Skills and Experience * Good knowledge of SAP FI processes and configuration. * Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts and Fiori applications. * Hands-on experience in at least one SAP implementation, rollout, or support project. * Knowledge of integration between FI and other modules such as CO, MM, and SD. * Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. * Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. * Ability to work effectively within a team and under project timelines **Preferred technical and professional experience** Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise * SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance or SAP FI. * Exposure to data migration tools and testing tools. * Basic understanding of CO processes such as cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, and allocations. * Experience in support or hypercare activities after go-live.
