Accountabilities:

    • Lead strategic launches, commercialization efforts, and high-priority growth initiatives from concept through execution.
    • Translate company objectives and leadership priorities into structured plans, clear milestones, and actionable execution strategies.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Client Experience, and Growth teams to ensure successful delivery.
    • Drive alignment among executive stakeholders by identifying risks, evaluating options, and facilitating effective decision-making.
    • Remove roadblocks, solve complex business challenges, and maintain momentum across large-scale initiatives.
    • Develop repeatable launch frameworks, processes, and playbooks that improve commercialization capabilities and operational scalability.
    • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, accelerate workflows, and support better business decisions.
    • Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to support strategic priorities and organizational growth.
    • Collaborate with international teams and ensure global alignment throughout product launches and business initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      • 10+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, healthcare technology, commercialization, or related fields.
      • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
      • Experience successfully launching new products, services, or business capabilities at scale.
      • Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional execution and operational management skills.
      • Ability to influence without authority, build trust with executives, and drive alignment across diverse teams.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop practical solutions.
      • Strong understanding of business operations, customer impact, and commercial strategy.
      • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
      • Experience working in startup, technology, or fast-growing environments is highly preferred.
      • Experience collaborating with international engineering or product teams is a plus.
      • Proficiency using AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
      • Background in digital healthcare, health insurance, or consulting is highly desirable.
      • MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.
      • Ability to travel approximately 30–35% of the time.
