What will I be doing?
Working closely with the Night Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth overnight operation of the hotel while delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining accurate financial reporting, and supporting overnight room service operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring our guests enjoy their stay and will be responsible for:
- Deliver outstanding guest service throughout the night shift
- Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
- Complete the nightly audit process and reconcile daily transactions accurately
- Prepare overnight reports and ensure financial records are balanced and compliant
- Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the Night Manager to ensure smooth overnight hotel operations
- Monitor hotel safety and security procedures during the overnight period
- Prepare, deliver and collect overnight room service orders in accordance with hotel standards
- Assist with overnight administrative and operational tasks as required
- Maintain current knowledge of daily VIP movements, hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers
- Support other departments where necessary to ensure a seamless guest experience
