Accountabilities
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for client requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across assigned roles.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor and extension of their internal hiring teams.
- Provide consultative support to hiring managers by understanding business needs and aligning recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Evaluate candidate backgrounds thoroughly to ensure strong cultural and technical fit with client organizations.
- Coordinate communication between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
- Oversee candidate pipelines through to onboarding, including coordination with relocation or immigration support teams where required.
- Deliver recruitment solutions aligned with service level expectations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and responsiveness.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and talent acquisition best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and candidates.
- Proven ability to work in a results-driven environment with strong accountability for delivery targets.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable working in a remote, flexible, and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Degree-level education is advantageous but not essential.
