As a Cluster Reservations Agent, you’re not just handling booking inquiries – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
The Cluster Reservations Team is responsible for 5 Hilton properties in the Netherlands; DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen, Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Hilton Rotterdam, and Hilton the Hague.
As Cluster Reservations Agent you will be responsible to deliver the highest level of quality to our guests. Within this role you will support the team with the following tasks:
- In contact with guests to accept and confirm individual guest reservations by e-mail or telephone
- Responsible for the accurate processing of reservations
- Updating reservations via various booking systems
- Excellent knowledge and correct use of the various hotel rates
- Correct handling of reservations documents
- Adhere to the company credit policies and procedures
- Ensure quality checks on existing reservations
- Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing upselling with a sales attitude.
What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cluster Reservations Agent. This role will focus on the following skills and competencies:
Hospitable & commercial attitude
Good organizational and administration skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of service
Knowledge of hotel property management systems
Excellent communication skills in English
Results driven
Preferably one year relevant experience in a similar position
