Corporate Broker for Financial Lines @Marsh
We are looking for a talented professional to join our Client Relationship Management team at Marsh in Bucharest, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Corporate Broker for Financial Lines, you will play a key role in managing client portfolios, supporting the administration of corporate insurance contracts, and ensuring a high standard of client service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in corporate insurance, brokerage, and client account management who is looking to grow their career in a leading multinational company.
We will count on you to:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality day-to-day service and administration of existing insurance contracts, in line with Marsh standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide tailored insurance solutions across financial line
- Respond to client requests related to insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, modifications, and consultancy services
- Resolve client account issues efficiently and ensure clear, timely, and appropriate communication with clients
- Participate in client meetings and prospect meetings to support relationship development and business growth
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities among existing clients and prospects
What you need to have:
- Relevant experience in Corporate Insurance and/or Insurance Brokerage ( including Directors & Officers (D&O), Professional Indemnity, Property & Liability, Cyber Insurance, and Marine Cargo )
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- Strong computer skills, including very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills
- Self-discipline, initiative, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Team spirit, willingness to learn, a persuasive approach, and a proactive mindset
