Position Summary


The Senior Analyst - Omnichannel Analytics helps CVS understand how customers interact across digital, retail, and pharmacy channels. This role turns complex data into clear insights that improve customer experience, personalization, and business results. You will work closely with partners across analytics, product, and technology.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer and business data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities that improve engagement and performance
  • Build and maintain core data assets, dashboards, and reporting tools in partnership with engineering and analytics teams
  • Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and actionable recommendations
  • Present insights and recommendations to leaders in a clear, concise way
  • Support optimization of customer journeys across eCommerce, retail, and digital pharmacy experiences

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in data analysis or analytics roles
  • Background in using SQL, Python, Snowflake, or similar analytical tools
  • 3+ years of experience delivering insights that drive business decisions
  • Proficiency in building Tableau dashboards
  • Knowledge in developing or supporting data‑driven strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an omnichannel or customer analytics environment
  • Strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with statistical or advanced analytics techniques
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations
  • Background in working with large or cloud‑based data platforms

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
