Why this role?
As a Senior Implementation Consultant you’ll be at the center of helping developer and security teams across Singapore, India, Japan, ASEAN, and Australia get up and running on the Snyk AI-native Developer Security Platform. You’ll own the onboarding journey end-to-end — guiding customers through hands-on technical implementation while navigating the different languages, regulatory environments, and business cultures that make APJ one of the most dynamic markets in the world. You’ll join a close-knit Customer Success team and help define what world-class onboarding looks like across the region.
What You’ll Do:
Own project delivery from kick-off to close for customer implementations across Singapore, India, Japan, ASEAN, and Australia
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders — from developers to security leaders — on status, schedule, and risk throughout each phase of implementation
Lead project kick-offs, planning sessions, and delivery meetings, adapting timing and cadence to customers spread across APJ time zones
Guide customers in adopting Snyk’s AI-native capabilities, including Snyk Studio and Evo, to accelerate time-to-value during onboarding
Represent customers’ technical requirements to internal stakeholders, helping shape how Snyk’s platform and onboarding practices evolve for the APJ market
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to accelerate onboarding and deliver a seamless regional customer experience
Help scale and localize Snyk’s onboarding methodology to reflect the technical maturity and regulatory needs of different APJ markets
What You Bring:
5+ years of technical consulting, SaaS software implementation, or customer-facing experience as a technical lead, ideally supporting customers across APJ
A forward thinking mindset and overall excitement around AI
Working knowledge of the SDLC and DevOps methodologies, with hands-on experience across CI/CD and DevOps tooling
Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to audiences ranging from developers to executive stakeholders
Genuine interest in application security and a developer-first mindset
A consultative and technical aptitude for bringing people, technology, and process together to drive customer outcomes
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with willingness to travel up to 15% and flexibility to work across APJ time zones
It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
Have a degree in Computer Science or hands-on programming experience
Have worked as a technical account manager, project manager, solutions architect, or sales engineer for AppSec, CI/CD, or DevSecOps products and services
Hold a security certification such as CEH, CISSP, or CSSLP
Have experience with enterprise-scale web development technologies and microservices
Speak an additional regional language or have lived and worked across multiple APJ markets
Have a sense of humour — we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves!
