What You Can Expect

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Compliance Lead to support our global procurement and compliance initiatives. This role ensures adherence to regulatory and corporate standards across our supply chain, focusing on sustainability, ethical procurement, and transparency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in compliance reporting, and a passion for driving responsible procurement practices.


Work Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)
Shift Timing - 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

How You'll Create Impact

•    Gather, validate, and analyse supplier data related to sustainability, carbon disclosure, diversity spend, forced labour, and conflict minerals.
•    Prepare and distribute periodic reports to internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Carbon disclosure, Force Labor, Conflict Minerals, Sustainability,  
•    Collaborate with suppliers to collect required disclosures and support them in meeting compliance expectations.
•    Act as the liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders (Supplier Quality, Compliance, PMO teams) to ensure MDR (Medical Device Regulation) readiness within the supplier base.
•    Act as an escalation point for supplier communications concerning suppliers who have not responded to complaint investigations initiated by the Post-Market Surveillance team.
•    Engage with category leads, suppliers, and financial assessment providers to monitor supplier financial health and mitigate potential risks.
•    Identify gaps in compliance processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and transparency.
•    Drive supply risk and business continuity recurring meetings with category leads, procurement leadership and applicable stakeholders
•    Coordinate continuous improvement activities related to procurement compliance and risk management processes through automation collaborating with data analytics team 

What Makes You Stand Out

•    Familiarity with global compliance standards (e.g., OECD, UN Guiding Principles, SEC Conflict Minerals Rule). 
•    Experience with supplier risk management platforms or compliance software. 
•    Knowledge of MDR requirements and supplier readiness processes. 
•    Understanding of financial risk assessment methodologies.

Your Background

•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Compliance, or related field. 
•    5+ years of experience in procurement, compliance, or sustainability reporting. 
•    Strong knowledge of ESG principles, carbon disclosure frameworks, and ethical procurement regulations. 
•    Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar). 
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
