Accountabilities:

    • Achieve sales targets through effective personal selling, market visits, and execution of distribution strategies within the assigned territory.
    • Manage distributor relationships, ensuring strong front-end and back-end operations while improving overall sales performance.
    • Analyze sales data, MIS reports, and market insights to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and improve execution.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to strengthen market presence and generate additional business opportunities.
    • Support distributor capability building by guiding teams on customer management, sales planning, and business growth initiatives.
    • Plan and execute promotional activities, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with business objectives.
    • Monitor distributor and sales team performance, identify infrastructure or execution gaps, and take corrective actions.
    • Provide regular market feedback, competitor insights, and performance reports to support business decision-making.
    • Improve customer service standards and contribute to strengthening competitive positioning within the market.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent full-time graduation qualification.
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales, territory sales, or distributor management.
      • Strong understanding of sales planning, distribution management, and retail execution.
      • Experience managing distributor relationships and evaluating return on investment (ROI) calculations.
      • Ability to support distributor appointment processes and develop effective sales strategies.
      • Experience planning and executing promotional activities in market environments.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
      • Good command of English and the local language.
      • Strong ownership mindset, analytical ability, and willingness to work in a field-oriented sales role.
