WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Service Technician, you’ll be the trusted expert keeping our customers’ material handling equipment running at peak performance. You’ll work at both at customer locations and in the shop, performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment. Your day-to-day work ensures maximum uptime for essential equipment and peace of mind for the people who rely on it.

Each day, you’ll work on all makes and models of material handling equipment, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of systems including electric forklift systems, LPG and diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, carburetors, electrical and air systems, final drives, clutches, and more. Your responsibilities will also include accurately troubleshooting equipment issues, communicating clearly with customers, and ensuring high-quality service is delivered on every repair. You’ll also work with the Parts Department to identify, order, and return parts as needed to complete each job efficiently and effectively.

Every day, you’ll be delivering expert service, performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on cutting-edge equipment, and building trusted relationships with customers who rely on your skill and professionalism to keep their operations moving. Your work isn’t just about fixing machines, it’s about being the dependable expert our customers count on to get the job done right the first time, every time.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry.
  • Basic computer knowledge including experience with Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Self-motivation and
  • Ability to work under little or no supervision.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Proficiency in English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record. CDL preferred.
  • Must provide own tools.

 

Compensation: $33.80-40.47/hr (Depending On Experience)
