This position will be located at our Space sector in Promontory, UT.  The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Propulsion Engineering team.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreate and update 3D CAD models and assemblies for propulsion components and hardware.Develop and maintain PMI / Model‑Based Definition, including dimensions, tolerances, notes, and other manufacturing information applied directly to 3D models.Generate and revise associated engineering drawings and specifications as needed to support manufacturing, inspection, and test.Ensure design geometry is correct, fully constrained, and functions properly within higher‑level assemblies (fit, form, clearance, and interfaces).Apply dimensioning and tolerancing practices (including GD&T) in accordance with applicable standards and company design guidelines.Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, and systems engineers to ensure design manufacturability, assembly, inspection, and testing requirements are met.Support the fabrication and assembly of prototypes and production hardware by addressing drawing/model questions and incorporating feedback from the factory floor.Prepare and process engineering change...
