Accountabilities:

    The Associate Director, Paid Social will provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and performance expertise across sophisticated paid social programs. This role requires ownership of client outcomes, team growth, and the continuous improvement of paid media capabilities.

    • Lead paid social strategy across complex, multi-channel accounts, developing approaches that support awareness, demand generation, conversion, and business growth objectives.
    • Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, Pinterest, and other emerging channels.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor for key clients, translating business goals into actionable paid social roadmaps, measurement frameworks, and optimization plans.
    • Own paid social performance, forecasting, budget management, profitability, and KPI delivery while recommending strategic adjustments when needed.
    • Develop and maintain paid social processes, operational standards, quality assurance practices, and platform best practices.
    • Partner with client teams, activation specialists, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns and impactful client presentations.
    • Act as a senior escalation point for campaign performance challenges, prioritization decisions, and execution-related issues.
    • Analyze performance data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and create clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.
    • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing paid social teams through coaching, onboarding support, delegation, and career development guidance.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing paid social programs, advising clients, and leading teams within a performance marketing or digital agency environment. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and B2B marketing expertise are essential.

      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social advertising.
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing strategic roles.
      • Proven B2B marketing experience is required.
      • Demonstrated success managing and scaling paid social programs for enterprise-level or complex client accounts.
      • Deep expertise with paid social platforms including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit, and related analytics tools.
      • Strong ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
      • Experience developing full-funnel paid social strategies aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
      • Proven leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing marketing teams.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both clients and internal stakeholders.
      • Ability to influence decision-making, manage competing priorities, and navigate evolving client needs.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability to changing platforms, technologies, and market conditions.
