Maintenance Technician - Level 3

As a Maintenance Technician - Level 3 here at Solstice you will also be responsible for performing maintenance and repair on a variety of industrial mechanical systems and equipment, such as forges, presses, high temperature ovens, and various types of pumps. will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of industrial systems.
• Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Rebuilding of pumps/compressors and other heavy industrial equipment.
• Working on presses, forges, and high temperature ovens.
• Utilize SAP to manage jobs, order parts, and develop work plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement improvements and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with standards
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and equipment status

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of industrial operations, including hydraulic presses, forging, machining, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting techniques and repair of industrial machinery.
• Experience with rigging and making heavy lifts.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.

Compensation:

The annual base pay range for this position is $54,007 to $67,534. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
