Data Reporting Analyst

In this role,they will be the bridge between raw data and business strategy. They will leverage  expert-level skills in  Google Cloud Platform, Power Query ,Power BI, MS Excel, PowerPoint,to design, build, and deliver high-impact reporting solutions and executive-ready presentations.  

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data preparation and ETL processes using Power Query, hands-on experience with Google cloud Platform, Power BI,  and a foundational understanding of SQL and Python to assist with data extraction and basic scripting.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard & Report Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI (expert level) and Plotly Python (intermediate level) to track key business metrics.
• Data Preparation & ETL: Extract data from Google cloud Platform , optimize, and automate data preparation workflows using Alteryx or Power Query to clean and transform complex datasets.
• Executive Presentations: Translate complex data insights into clear, visually compelling, and professional slide decks using MS PowerPoint to present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Data Analysis & Modeling: Perform advanced data manipulation, financial/operational modeling, and ad-hoc analysis using MS Excel.
• Data Querying & Automation: Write basic SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and utilize foundational Python scripts to automate repetitive reporting tasks or perform basic data cleaning.
• Learning Ability:  Be Quick and Agile to learn new IT tools/skills as required for the task completion
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations.

• Experience: 2+ years of  Proven experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-centric role.
• Technical Tools: Strong proficiency in cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform) data visualization tools (Power BI) and ETL/Data preparation tools , (Power Query).
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint: Deep understanding of MS Excel (complex formulas, functions, templates) and PowerPoint (crafting professional management decks).
