You will contribute to shaping narratives, building partnerships, and operationalizing initiatives that explore desirable futures with AI. Accountabilities:

    • Support coalition-building efforts by cultivating and strengthening relationships with stakeholders across policy, technology, academia, and civil society.
    • Coordinate and manage multiple program workstreams, ensuring deliverables are tracked and initiatives progress on schedule.
    • Assist in launching and supporting new initiatives, including scoping projects and contributing to potential grantmaking efforts.
    • Help organize and execute convenings, workshops, and briefings that bring together diverse stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with communications teams to support public-facing campaigns, announcements, and media engagement.
    • Translate high-level strategic ideas into structured operational plans and actionable execution across programs.
    • Ensure alignment and momentum across multi-partner initiatives with varying perspectives and priorities.
    • Requirements:

      • Experience in project or program management with the ability to coordinate multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
      • Strong interest in AI, emerging technologies, and questions around the societal impact and governance of advanced systems.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships across diverse and sometimes divergent stakeholders.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-expert audiences.
      • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong self-direction and accountability for outcomes.
      • Experience in policy, advocacy, coalition-building, or initiative scaling is strongly preferred.
      • Background in technology, science, or public policy environments is an advantage.
