The Senior Manager, Adoption Services — Oracle Health is responsible for leading a regional team of Adoption Services professionals supporting healthcare and life sciences customers across India and the broader Middle East & Africa region. This role provides people leadership, delivery oversight, customer engagement, partner collaboration, and adoption / change management expertise to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Health solutions.

The Senior Manager will lead a team of approximately 10–12 adoption professionals, providing coaching, prioritization, delivery guidance, performance management, and operational leadership. The role will support both pre-sales and delivery activities, helping shape adoption strategy early in customer engagements and ensuring effective execution through implementation, go-live, optimization, and long-term value realization.

This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal Oracle stakeholders. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare environments, clinical and operational workflows, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, end-user enablement, and technology adoption. The Senior Manager will work closely with sales, delivery, product, consulting, partner, and regional leadership teams to align adoption activities with customer objectives, Oracle methodology, delivery standards, and measurable business outcomes.

This position is designed for a leader who can operate between strategy and execution: translating practice direction into regional delivery plans, supporting partner and customer opportunities, mentoring adoption professionals, and ensuring consistent, high-quality adoption outcomes across multiple customer programs.

The ideal candidate brings healthcare domain credibility, hands-on adoption and change management experience, strong customer-facing skills, and proven people leadership capability. This role is critical to scaling Oracle Health Adoption Services in high-growth markets while maintaining delivery excellence, customer trust, and regional execution consistency.

  • Lead and manage a regional team of approximately 10–12 Adoption Services professionals supporting Oracle Health customers across India and MEA.
  • Provide day-to-day people leadership, including coaching, mentoring, prioritization, performance management, team development, workload balancing, and delivery quality oversight.
  • Translate Oracle Health Adoption Services strategy, methodology, and practice direction into actionable regional delivery plans.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of adoption deliverables, including change strategies, governance models, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, change impact assessments, readiness plans, training and enablement strategies, adoption measurement, and sustainment activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on Adoption Services best practices tailored to healthcare, life sciences, clinical, operational, and enterprise customer environments.
  • Partner with customers to understand clinical, operational, workforce, and business needs, then guide teams in developing adoption strategies that support workflow optimization, behavior change, and measurable value realization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives, clinical leaders, operational stakeholders, project teams, and end users throughout transformation programs.
  • Support strategic customer and partner engagements, including partner-led opportunities, new market entry initiatives, and complex healthcare transformation programs.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, consulting, product, technology, and partner teams to embed adoption and change enablement into opportunity shaping, solution planning, implementation, go-live, and optimization.
  • Ensure adoption work is aligned with Oracle methodology, delivery standards, customer objectives, healthcare regulatory considerations, and internal Oracle policies.
  • Guide teams in identifying adoption risks, stakeholder resistance, workflow impacts, operational readiness gaps, and mitigation plans.
  • Drive consistent delivery quality across engagements by promoting standard methods, reusable assets, governance discipline, and measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Support customer value realization by helping teams define adoption success measures, track progress, and adjust change strategies based on customer readiness, stakeholder feedback, and implementation outcomes.
  • Coach Adoption Services team members and customer stakeholders on change management principles, healthcare workflow transformation, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable adoption practices.
  • Contribute healthcare and life sciences domain expertise to improve adoption strategies, customer deliverables, partner collaboration, and internal service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers, SI partners, regional leaders, product teams, and cross-functional Oracle stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior Adoption Services leadership to identify capability gaps, develop team skills, improve delivery models, and support workforce evolution as Oracle Health offerings and customer needs change.
  • Promote continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned, identifying delivery efficiencies, refining adoption assets, and supporting the evolution of Oracle Health Adoption Services methods.
  • Support regional scale by balancing direct customer engagement with team leadership, delivery governance, and operational oversight.
  • Represent Adoption Services in customer, partner, and internal forums as a regional leader for healthcare adoption, organizational change management, and transformation delivery.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer success, patient safety, clinical excellence, regulatory awareness, delivery quality, and long-term adoption of Oracle Health technologies.
