Accountabilities:

The Travel Performance Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid marketing initiatives designed to grow B2B travel adoption while improving acquisition efficiency and customer lifetime value.

    • Own the full paid performance portfolio across search, social, programmatic, CTV, audio, and emerging acquisition channels.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase net-new business sign-ups and improve conversion rates into first-time bookings.
    • Manage paid media investments with a focus on product-level ROAS, LTV:CAC, and long-term growth outcomes rather than channel-specific metrics alone.
    • Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven decisions regarding scaling, maintaining, or reducing spend.
    • Partner with analytics and product teams to improve attribution, measurement accuracy, and funnel performance.
    • Lead creative testing strategies by developing hypotheses, evaluating results, and scaling high-performing concepts.
    • Expand into new paid channels through structured experimentation, testing, and performance evaluation frameworks.
    • Build recurring performance reporting and communicate insights, challenges, and growth opportunities to key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with lifecycle and CRM teams to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to customer engagement.
    • Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to improve audience development, reporting, creative processes, and campaign optimization.
    • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced performance marketing professional with a strong track record of scaling acquisition programs, managing significant paid media investments, and optimizing campaigns against measurable business outcomes.

      • 7–10 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital acquisition, or a related field.
      • Proven experience managing full paid media portfolios across multiple channels, including search, social, and programmatic.
      • Strong understanding of acquisition metrics such as ROAS, LTV:CAC, payback periods, attribution, and incrementality.
      • Experience managing large-scale paid campaigns while maintaining efficiency during periods of growth.
      • Ability to identify and test new acquisition channels, including CTV, audio, podcasts, direct mail, or emerging platforms.
      • Strong creative strategy skills with the ability to brief, evaluate, and optimize marketing assets.
      • Comfortable using AI tools and adapting quickly to new technologies, platforms, and workflows.
      • Functional experience with SQL, BI tools, or analytics platforms to independently analyze performance data.
      • Understanding of measurement frameworks such as attribution modeling, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and experimentation.
      • Experience in B2B SaaS, travel, fintech, T&E, or other high-growth business environments is preferred.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both executives and cross-functional teams.
      • Results-oriented mindset focused on business impact, efficiency, and measurable growth.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary range of $112,000 - $155,000 USD, depending on experience, expertise, and location.
        • Potential additional compensation through equity and/or variable pay opportunities.
        • Comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee wellbeing and professional growth.
        • Flexible hybrid and remote work options based on role requirements and location.
        • Supportive work environment with resources and tools needed to succeed.
        • Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing platform transforming the future of business travel.
        • Collaborative culture focused on innovation, ownership, and meaningful impact.
