The Eurofins network is dedicated to delivering testing services that contribute to the health and safety of society and the planet, and to its corporate responsibility to protect the environment and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion across its companies around the world.Job DescriptionMarket Intelligence Analyst will join the global M&A team of Eurofins and will have first-hand exposure in performing financial and industry analysis for potential acquisition targets.Main tasks will include performing a competitive benchmark analysis by division/country of all labs that Eurofins competes with globally (Revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, FTE, Net Debt, etc.). This is based on publicly available information (corporate registers, etc). This would have to be updated based on the latest financial data available and on a yearly basis.The Intern will be also actively involved in performing economic, competitive and financial market research and analysis for new entry markets, product segments and individual companiesAdditionally, the Intern will execute regulatory and administrative work streams which are required in preparation of M&A transactions.QualificationsStudent or graduate status in the finance and accounting program or other relevant fieldsFluent in English (other languages such as French, German, Italian or Spanish is a plus)Genuine drive and enthusiasm to work in a team and to build a career in finance,Diligence, attention to detail, independenceComprehensive understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, etc.)Additional InformationWe support your development!
