What you’ll do:
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to support the businesses’ overall recruitment process and carry out role specific tasks as well as assist in day-to-day recruitment operations.
Management of end-to-end recruitment process for both contingent and permanent roles
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers as well as additional stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external agencies.
Overall candidate management of all current, referred, prospective candidates
Advising internal applicants as well as hiring managers of processes and best practice
Maintaining recruitment master tracker and ensuring all information is accurate, provide MI data for quarterly and ad hoc reporting
Maintain and administer the central recruitment inboxes
Manage ad hoc email/phone queries from managers, candidates, recruitment firms
Meeting with Hiring Managers to take role briefings, discuss search criteria and sourcing methods and advise on routes to market
Screen all applicants for all open roles, and present selected candidates to relevant hiring managers accordingly.
Completing offer templates and managing approvals
Ensure recruitment processes and procedures are in place and are being followed including authorised recruitment sign off at all relevant stages
Drawing up and reviewing employment contracts as well as new starter documentation and liaising with HR to ensure new starters are captured and recorded correctly.
Formatting and reviewing job descriptions ensuring these meet compliance and legal requirements.
Posting roles through Workday and various job boards, maintaining all posted roles.
Liaising with various job boards regarding current relevant postings and allocations
Responsible for the interview scheduling of all open roles – this includes liaising with candidates and hiring managers for availability, liaising with reception for room bookings, sending out diary invites and email confirmations as well as occasionally meeting and greeting candidates and setting up video conferences.
Delivering candidate feedback and following up with hiring managers for feedback. Keeping Hiring Managers informed of candidate status and feedback.
Liaise with recruitment firms where applicable to ensure processes are in place, being adhered to and that briefs are managed to outcome as well as to arrange interviews and deliver feedback
What you bring to the table:
Experience recruiting within the Funds Industry in either agency or in-house capacity.
Experience with building relationships with Heads of Business
Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter
Working knowledge of Workday or other ATS system
Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Educated to a degree level or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
