Accountabilities:
- Define the AI product vision and roadmap, identifying high-value use cases across AI workflows, agents, and orchestration systems
- Conduct customer and prospect interviews to validate AI-driven use cases and ensure alignment with real-world needs
- Translate validated use cases into clear product specifications, reusable frameworks, and implementation blueprints in collaboration with engineering teams
- Prioritize what should and should not be built, making clear, evidence-based product decisions
- Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment between product direction and technical execution
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation
- Ensure AI features are designed for scalability, reliability, and integration within complex workflow environments
- Contribute to shaping a clear and coherent product strategy across AI-driven orchestration capabilities
- Proven experience as a Product Manager working on AI products, developer tools, or technically complex platforms
- Demonstrated ability to ship AI-powered features or products used by real customers in production environments
- Strong product judgment with the ability to distinguish meaningful use cases from experimental or low-impact ideas
- Technical fluency in AI concepts such as agents, LLMs, orchestration, and system integrations (no coding required, but strong understanding expected)
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to define technical specifications and product requirements
- Strong customer discovery skills, including conducting interviews and translating insights into product decisions
- Clear, direct, and structured communication style with low ambiguity
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, early-stage or high-growth product environments
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make difficult prioritization and “no-go” decisions confidently
