Accountabilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.
- Engage with technical and security stakeholders including engineers, platform teams, and CISOs to understand needs and position solutions effectively.
- Build and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies to generate and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and product teams to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Manage pipeline with strong discipline, focusing on deal velocity, accuracy, and value creation.
- Gather and relay customer insights to influence product development and commercial strategy.
- Contribute to the creation of scalable sales processes, tools, and repeatable revenue motions.
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally within cybersecurity, application security, or related technical domains.
- Proven track record of selling into large enterprise organizations with complex buying structures.
- Strong ability to communicate with technical stakeholders and translate complex concepts into business value.
- Experience in prospecting, demand generation, and building pipeline in early-stage or high-growth environments.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where processes are still being defined.
- Strong consultative selling skills with curiosity, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality with a bias toward action and results.
- Experience selling into regulated industries or security leadership teams (e.g., CISOs) is a strong plus.
