Sales Enablement Specialist – JLL
What this job involves:
We have an exciting entry-level opportunity for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support our Client Value & Growth teams. This role offers a strong foundation for professional development, where you will work alongside senior team members to build expertise in sales enablement processes, market intelligence, and strategic pursuit coordination. You will contribute to JLL's business objectives by providing essential research, administrative support, and program coordination that empowers our sales teams to win in the marketplace. What your day-to-day will look like:
Conduct client and market intelligence research using internal and external data sources, compiling findings into standardized formats for sales team consumption under guidance from senior colleagues
Provide administrative support for strategic pursuits, including coordinating internal strategy meetings, assembling coaching briefing documents, and preparing support materials following established procedures
Maintain process documentation with regular supervisor review, working with business stakeholders to ensure accuracy, version control, and accessibility of all materials
Perform administrative tasks for the win/loss program, including data entry, tracking, scheduling, organizing information, and assisting in preliminary data report preparation
Support the team with routine tasks such as meeting summaries, follow-up communications, presentation preparation, and other assignments that build your professional skills
Leverage AI tools for research efficiency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail under supervision
Contribute ideas to improve the structure and presentation of sales enablement content offerings
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
2 years+ of relevant corporate support experience in sales support, market research, executive assistance, or program/project coordination
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong report writing capabilities
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with research databases such as D&B Hoovers or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Microsoft Planner
Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation
Ability to work effectively within globally dispersed team structures with a focus on self-development and continuous learning
Understanding of basic professional principles with developing knowledge of sales enablement practices and procedures
