The role focuses on automation, analytics, reporting, and AI-driven process improvement initiatives that support Operational Governance objectives. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.Support workflow automation initiatives using Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies.Assist with API integrations and process automation projects.Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Excel.Support AI and GenAI use cases, including Copilot-based solutions and intelligent workflow automation.Gather business requirements and assist with testing, deployment, and monitoring of automation solutions.Support the creation and maintenance of governance documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to deliver reporting and automation solutions.Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and adherence to governance standards. About the teamJoin a dynamic team supporting the Commercial Operation Governance lead in delivering executive controls reporting and interacting with senior management.
