An amazing journey of opportunity with an international team lies ahead - join us!Your future contributionIn this role, you will lead our efforts to take technical ownership of strategic key accounts, absorbing critical operational bottlenecks and stabilizing partner health. You will join our Technical Account Domain, which consists of Technical Account Managers assigned to our strategic accounts and our Partner Connectivity Support taking care of our longtail partners. As a TAM, you will work closely with our Key Account Management Team and engineering teams to launch, maintain, and improve new and existing accounts. By enforcing strict performance metrics and leveraging advanced AI workflow automation, you will systematically eliminate dependencies on core engineering squads and defend our marketplace infrastructure.How you’ll add valueStrategic Account Management: Drive the long-term technical health and strategic growth of our high-value B2B portfolio. You will build trusted, lasting relationships with key partners, acting as their primary technical advocate to ensure seamless platform connectivity.Technical Integration Driver: Own the technical roadmap for critical integrations and act as a standardization advocate, decommissioning custom configurations to improve scalability. You will prioritize daily operational needs alongside strategic project milestones - such as new feature rollouts and workflow automation - balancing business impact with technical feasibility.Collaborative Cross-Team Interface: Act as the vital bridge between our business, product, and engineering teams. You will translate complex technical requirements into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring tight internal alignment and successful cross-departmental project delivery.Performance & Optimization Lead: Proactively identify and resolve technical friction points. You will leverage your analytical skills to monitor technical KPIs, detect system anomalies and API latencies, and lead performance optimizations that directly protect and boost our conversion metrics.You’ll be successful in this role if youProfessional Experience: Bring at least 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Partnerships Manager or similar role managing complex enterprise-level B2B integrations. Experience in the vacation rental or travel industry is a strong plus.API & Data Integration Depth: Possess deep practical knowledge of REST API, XML, JSON, data transmission models, and log and data analysis tools.Analytical Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong technical account problem-solving skills, including analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause mapping abilities. Learn complex systems and technical dependencies between architectural components quickly and autonomously.Prioritization & Business Acumen: Prioritize workloads effectively using data-driven judgment to maximize delivered business value.Strategic Interface & Communication: Communicate fluently and effectively on a technical level with development teams as well as translate complex technical issues for non-technical audiences. Work fluently in English, both written and spoken, to coordinate with global distribution partners. German language skills are a plus.
