AttackIQ is an innovative cybersecurity company and the leading independent vendor of breach and attack simulation and Continuous Threat Exposure Management solutions. We built the industry’s first Security Optimization Platform, and we take pride in our mission to help make the world safe for compute. As a team, we cherish curiosity and value camaraderie. We show respect for new ideas as well as the faces behind them. We’re transparent and push one another to constantly improve. Most of all, we enjoy what we do.
We are seeking a talented Professional Services Engineer to make an immediate impact on our customers’ security capabilities in a distributed enterprise setting. In this role, you will support our customers in implementing and operationalizing the AttackIQ platform and Security Optimization framework across various sizes and configurations of enterprise environments and enclaves. You will be the customer's trusted adviser and technical expert — hands-on in the platform and consultative in how you help teams understand, implement, and advance continuous security control validation across their organization. You start by understanding their mission and the threats they face, then help them optimize their defenses, work through the hard problems, and measurably improve their security. This work is equal parts technical depth and consultative guidance: you build alongside customer teams, and you keep the focus on the improving customer security outcomes.
If you're the right person for this role, you are self-motivated, take responsibility for your own actions, consistently exhibit a positive attitude, and demonstrate a “customer first” mentality to get things done. You work productively supporting and being supported by teams both internal and external. You have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills and can manage your time well between multiple, competing priorities. In engaging with customers, you readily understand and are effective in addressing issues/needs at the technical and managerial levels.
This is an individual contributor, full-time, remote position. We offer a competitive total rewards and benefits package for full-time employees. We’ll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role.
