Job Summary:
Provides data entry support for key health and safety initiatives including data collection and reporting through required HSE systems, maintaining records for occupational health and safety training and coordinating and assisting in meeting preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains local health and safety policies and procedural documentation. Maintains local regulatory health and safety requirement documentation. Maintains confidentiality and appropriate recordkeeping standards in line with corporate data protection and retention requirements. Builds an understanding of HSE culture. Stops work and immediately reports any major injury hazards. Supports the reporting of any work-related injury, illness, incident through enterprise incident management system. Communicates effectively to create safety awareness. Tracks and reports required monthly metrics to the enterprise incident management system. Maintains site health and safety training content documentation. Coordinates and assists in delivery of health and safety training programs. Facilitates health and safety inspection and audit programs. Maintains training records and assist in trends analysis. Provides appropriate data reports as requested and assist in trends analysis. Facilitates health, safety and wellness initiatives. Participates in local employee engagement initiatives to drive an interdependent culture. Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation and quality procedures. Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures. Performs quality checks. Identifies and controls non-conforming material. Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
A two year University degree in Industrial Safety or related field preferred.

We are looking for a suitable candidates Health Safety Shift Supervisor who can work in shift rotation. According to business and production need candidate shall come to all shifts are A Shift (6:00am to 2:pm) B Shift (2:00pm to 10:00 pm) C shift (10:00pm to 6:00am) as per schedule.
Key Responsibilities
1. Safety Leadership
- Lead and promote a positive safety culture among employees and contractors.
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure workers understand hazards and control measures.
2. Workplace Inspections
- Perform regular safety inspections of work areas.
- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
3. Compliance Monitoring
- Verify compliance with company HSE procedures, legal requirements, and client standards.
- Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
4. Incident Management
- Respond immediately to accidents, near misses, and emergencies.
- Secure incident scenes and coordinate first response activities.
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
5. Risk Assessment
- Review Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments before work starts.
- Ensure adequate controls are in place for high-risk activities.
- Stop work when serious safety concerns are identified.
6. Training and Awareness
- Coach employees on safe work practices.
- Conduct safety inductions for new workers.
- Support ongoing HSE training programs.
7. Emergency Preparedness
- Participate in emergency drills and exercises.
- Ensure emergency equipment is available and functional.
- Coordinate evacuation and emergency response during incidents.
8. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain shift safety records and inspection reports.
- Report incidents, hazards, and safety observations.
- Track and close corrective actions.
9. Contractor Safety Management
- Monitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements.
- Verify contractor safety documentation and permits.
- Conduct contractor safety audits and observations.
10. Communication and Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and management teams.
- Communicate safety concerns during shift handovers.
- Escalate critical HSE issues to supervisor.
