Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for healthcare, Medicaid, and pharmacy solutions, ensuring messaging aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
- Create differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored to public sector stakeholders, government agencies, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Develop and manage marketing assets including solution briefs, white papers, case studies, presentations, and other customer-facing materials.
- Enable sales and account teams with product messaging, competitive insights, presentations, and tools that support successful customer conversations.
- Conduct market and competitive research focused on healthcare trends, pharmacy benefit management, payment integrity, and related solution areas.
- Partner with product management, sales, field marketing, and account-based marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.
- Lead product launches and market introduction activities, coordinating across teams to drive successful adoption.
- Gather insights from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to inform product strategy and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign and product marketing performance, using data and insights to recommend improvements.
- Support the evolution of product narratives by identifying market opportunities and customer challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex healthcare, technology, or enterprise solutions.
- Experience with Medicaid, pharmacy benefit management, healthcare operations, or public sector solutions strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to create product positioning, messaging frameworks, and content designed for executive and government audiences.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to guide strategy.
- Experience collaborating with product management, sales, and marketing teams in a matrixed environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
- Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
