Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate and foundation partnership strategy to expand sponsorships and philanthropic support.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, owning the full partnership development and sales process from outreach through execution.
- Drive growth toward ambitious annual partnership revenue goals by securing high-value corporate collaborations.
- Identify and cultivate opportunities with healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer brands, and other mission-aligned organizations.
- Create innovative partnership models that align organizational objectives with partner business priorities.
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and partnership narratives that communicate value and impact.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure partnerships capture maximum value for all stakeholders.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring successful delivery of commitments and partnership benefits.
- Track partnership performance, ROI, and outcomes while providing updates and insights to leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with executive-level contacts and industry decision-makers.
- Represent the organization at conferences, events, and external meetings as a knowledgeable and passionate spokesperson.
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and operational teams to integrate partnerships effectively.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on partnership growth, activation, and stewardship.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development, strategic alliances, or related fields.
- Proven track record securing and managing complex partnerships valued at $1M+.
- At least 5 years of experience developing healthcare-focused corporate partnerships, with established pharmaceutical industry relationships preferred.
- Experience creating and executing national cause-related marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of corporate decision-making processes, compliance considerations, and partnership alignment strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop persuasive business cases, proposals, and presentations for executive audiences.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to operate strategically while managing detailed execution across multiple initiatives.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally approximately 10% of the time.
- Competitive annual salary range of approximately $160,000–$185,000.
