Accountabilities:
- Define content strategies for multiple B2B, B2C, and D2C marketing websites aligned with business objectives and brand goals.
- Conduct comprehensive content audits across multiple websites, identifying gaps, redundancies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create content models, taxonomies, and governance frameworks in collaboration with UX, design, development, and marketing teams.
- Map existing content against content types, components, page templates, and future-state platform requirements.
- Establish content governance processes, including tone of voice guidelines, review workflows, and quality standards.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to source, validate, and structure technical content.
- Ensure content complies with industry, legal, and regulatory requirements, particularly within structured or regulated environments.
- Develop recommendations for content migration, retirement, and creation of new content assets.
- Perform SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) assessments to evaluate content readiness for AI-powered search experiences.
- Analyze content structure, metadata, semantic clarity, and discoverability for traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms.
- Deliver strategic insights and documentation that guide future content production and digital platform development.
- 8+ years of experience in content strategy, preferably working with large-scale, multi-site, or multi-brand digital ecosystems.
- Proven experience defining content models, content types, taxonomies, and governance frameworks for CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and emerging AI search optimization practices, including semantic content structures and LLM-driven discovery.
- Experience working in regulated, technical, or highly structured content environments.
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience collaborating with UX, design, engineering, marketing, and business teams.
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Miro, Excel, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Consulting or agency experience is a plus.
- Experience in industries such as healthcare, nutrition, life sciences, or consumer goods is desirable.
