Base pay range $246,000.00/yr - $306,000.00/yr Meta designs, builds, leases, and operates the most innovative and efficient data centers in the world. Meta is seeking a Director of Strategic Projects to develop Meta's global data center portfolio in line with the company's strategic objectives to advance our efforts around AI.Director of Strategic Projects Responsibilities:Grow and lead the strategic development program including identification and commercial structuring of development partner opportunities to enable future data center capacity growthCollaborate with key leaders across design, engineering, construction, network, and legal to develop the strategic plan needed to execute against the company's aggressive capacity targetsGuide team members on overall strategic approach to developing new capacity while mitigating risk and ensuring that sufficient contingency plans are in placeAccountable for data center developers to supply pipeline opportunities and deliver on capacity targets while minimizing cost and optimizing for flexibility and optionalityRepresent Meta in meetings with executives from potential suppliers, governments, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholdersRecruit, onboard, and mentor staff and ensure robust learning and career developmentTravel domestically and internationally as needed (25%+)Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience15+ years of overall experience in industrial real estate, infrastructure and data center development spaceProven track record of delivering large scale multi-party deals resulting in data center capacity delivery8+ years experience managing...
