Accountabilities:
- Identify and recruit high-potential partners, including affiliates, comparison websites, review publishers, influencers, and content creators.
- Manage the complete partner acquisition process, including outreach, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, onboarding, and activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to increase engagement, performance, and subscriber generation.
- Manage partner communications through consistent follow-ups, updates, and support to maintain momentum and long-term collaboration.
- Use affiliate platforms to onboard partners, monitor results, manage tracking, and support payout processes.
- Leverage AI prospecting and monitoring tools to discover new opportunities, qualify potential partners, and improve outreach efficiency.
- Analyze partner performance metrics, subscriber growth, and customer acquisition costs to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain an organized partnership pipeline with accurate records, reporting, and clear visibility into opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader campaigns, content strategies, and growth objectives.
- Continuously improve partnership processes and identify new ways to scale acquisition channels.
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, sales, or a related growth role.
- Experience working with B2C subscription businesses, SaaS products, fintech, investing, or digital platforms is preferred.
- Strong understanding of affiliate partnerships, partner acquisition, and performance-based growth strategies.
- Experience using affiliate platforms such as Impact or similar tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools for prospecting, research, monitoring, or workflow optimization.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence engaging partners through outreach and calls.
- Ability to demonstrate products, communicate value clearly, and influence potential partners.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to turn initial contacts into active partnerships.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations, priorities, and follow-ups.
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies based on results.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a distributed remote environment.
- Experience as an investor with knowledge of stock markets, portfolio management, and long-term investing principles is highly preferred.
