Talent Acquisition Coordinator

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Support the recruitment team and hiring processes across the Europe.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to coordinate interview logistics and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or changes.

• Manage candidate progression through the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to track activity and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reimbursements for candidates.

• Facilitate required pre-employment steps, including assessments and documentation.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout each stage of the recruitment process.

• Contribute to various recruitment initiatives by preparing and presenting topics and data to team members (e.g., employee referral programs, process-related reporting, etc).

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's in business, Human Resources, business administration or other related degree required.

• Minimum of 1 year of related professional experience

• Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish is required.  

• Ability to set priorities and work well under the pressure of deadlines.

• Demonstrated aptitude to organize high volume of detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a high quality of work.

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range:

zł6,108.30 - zł11,775.00 Per Month

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
