La figura di Capoturno (Shift Leader) è responsabile della gestione operativa del turno all'interno di un sito logistico dedicato a un primario cliente del settore Automotive. Coordina le attività di magazzino e le risorse assegnate, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza, qualità, produttività e servizio.
How you create impact
- Coordinare e supervisionare il personale operativo durante il turno
- Garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività di magazzino
- Assicurare il raggiungimento dei KPI e dei livelli di servizio concordati con il cliente.
- Monitorare il rispetto delle procedure operative, di qualità e sicurezza.
- Gestire priorità operative, criticità e anomalie di processo.
- Contribuire alle attività di miglioramento continuo e ottimizzazione dei processi.
- Organizzare il lavoro e allocare le risorse in funzione dei volumi operativi.
- Gestire le presenze sui sistemi
- Supportare la crescita e lo sviluppo del team.
- Promuovere un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo, collaborativo e orientato alla sicurezza.
- Favorire engagement, disciplina operativa e rispetto delle procedure aziendali.
What we would like you to bring
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli di coordinamento operativo in contesti logistici/produttivi
- Esperienza nella gestione di team operativi su turni.
- Buona conoscenza dei processi di magazzino
- Capacità di leadership, organizzazione e problem solving.
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei sistemi WMS.
- Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore.
- Italiano fluente.
- Inglese livello base
Disponibiltà su turni rotativi dal lunedì al sabato:
- 06:00 – 12:00
- 12:00 – 18:00
- 18:00 – 24:00
- 24:00 – 06:00
