Accountabilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts by building trusted relationships with users, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Drive customer retention by identifying risks, addressing challenges, and proactively engaging clients throughout their journey.
- Increase product adoption across existing accounts by uncovering new use cases, business needs, and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and support account expansion strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to maximize customer value.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer organizations, workflows, priorities, and success metrics to deliver tailored solutions.
- Act as a customer advocate internally by sharing feedback, insights, and value stories with product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Maintain consistent proactive communication with customers through relevant updates, resources, and engagement initiatives.
- Support forecasting activities by monitoring account health, renewal likelihood, and growth potential.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management with ownership of renewal and expansion targets.
- Proven experience managing and growing relationships with enterprise or Fortune 1000-level clients.
- Strong customer success mindset with the ability to identify business challenges and deliver consultative solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both end users and executive stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize initiatives, and achieve retention and growth objectives.
- Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to evaluate account health, performance, and opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product, marketing, and customer success.

- Competitive base salary range of $96,000 - $120,000 USD.
