  • Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to cultivate strong relationships with enterprise customers, executive sponsors, and C-suite stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate execution across Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, Security, and Customer Success teams without direct authority.

  • Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring high-quality, compliant deliverables.

  • Adoption & Strategic Communication: Define success metrics to drive customer adoption, support change management, and deliver clear status reporting and value realization to executives.

  • Core Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills with a consultative, collaborative, and adaptable approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Domain: Experience within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, data analytics, or AI/ML environments, particularly working with Academic Medical Centers and health systems.

  • Technical Depth: Experience managing enterprise implementations involving data integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and technical architectures.

  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent certification.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulated environments, including HIPAA, HITRUST, GxP, or SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
