Job Purpose: The Operations Manager for the Bolder Advocacy (BA) program plays a critical role in enhancing the day-to-day operations of the BA program. This position is responsible for the seamless coordination of logistics of BA's core programmatic services, including workshops, technical assistance, and resources. Additionally, this position supports the Senior Director of Bolder Advocacy Operations and Evaluation in coordinating tasks related to BA’s portfolio of grants and contracts, as well as strategic partnerships, including tracking deliverables, coordinating logistics, and preparing briefing materials. This position reports to the Senior Director of Bolder Advocacy Operations and Evaluation, and works remotely. Regardless of where the employee is based, they will be expected to participate and travel to work-related events, as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates workshops from start to finish with BA program staff, including the initial intake process, intro/screening calls, price determination, scheduling, registration, invoicing, and other logistical supportProvides excellent customer services for member, partner, and other nonprofits and foundations seeking support from the BA programMonitors BA program inboxes for technical assistance and other requests, and directs those requests to the appropriate BA program team membersManages the annual public webinar series, including scheduling, logistical, and technical supportManages the on-demand webinar program, including coordination and development of content, logistical, and technical supportProvides support for tracking deliverables and...
