Accountabilities:

    The Integrations & Technical Support Specialist will manage the lifecycle of technical integrations, ensuring smooth onboarding, reliable data exchanges, and effective issue resolution. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across different audiences.

    • Manage end-to-end onboarding of new API integrations with restaurant partners and third-party vendors.
    • Test integrations throughout onboarding and software development cycles to ensure reliability and accuracy.
    • Document integration processes, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and recurring issues to improve team efficiency.
    • Investigate and resolve API-related issues by analyzing logs, tracing requests, reproducing errors, and identifying root causes.
    • Interpret and troubleshoot data formats including JSON, XML, and GraphQL payloads.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams on complex technical issues by providing clear documentation, findings, and reproduction steps.
    • Deliver technical training and guidance to internal teams and external partners.
    • Translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders and communicate business requirements effectively to technical teams.
    • Partner with project managers, implementation specialists, trainers, and technical leads to support successful integrations.
    • Engage with clients and vendors through email, video calls, and screen sharing to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows as integration needs evolve.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a technically curious problem solver with experience supporting integrations and communicating with both technical and business audiences. You should be comfortable troubleshooting complex issues, working independently, and collaborating across teams.

      • Hands-on experience supporting or implementing API integrations in a professional environment.
      • Strong understanding of how APIs transfer data between systems and how integrations operate.
      • Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot JSON and XML data formats, with willingness to learn GraphQL.
      • Experience diagnosing technical issues by forming hypotheses, testing solutions, and identifying root causes.
      • Familiarity with REST APIs and integration support workflows.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt explanations to different audiences.
      • Ability to remain calm and effective when managing technical issues under pressure.
      • Strong understanding of how technical data connects to business objectives and operational needs.
      • Curiosity, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset when addressing complex challenges.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
      • Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings, company events, and collaboration activities.
