The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About the Role
AgentExchange is building the trusted platform for discovering, deploying, and managing enterprise applications, AI agents, skills, and partner solutions. The AgentExchange Data Platform provides the intelligence layer that powers these experiences by delivering trusted, governed, and reusable data products for analytics, AI, personalization, trust, and ecosystem growth. As Director of Product Management for the AgentExchange Data Platform, you'll define the vision, strategy, and execution for the data platform, telemetry, analytics, and intelligence capabilities that power internal teams, partners, executives, AI agents, and headless marketplace experiences. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, and Business Intelligence, and is responsible for transforming AgentExchange from a collection of systems into a scalable, AI-ready data platform.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the vision and multi-year roadmap for the AgentExchange Data Platform, establishing the foundation for trusted, reusable data products that power analytics, AI, operational reporting, and ecosystem intelligence across AppExchange, AgentExchange, Slack Marketplace, Partner Console, and future marketplace experiences
Define the products and capabilities that measure marketplace health and business performance, including customer acquisition and retention, GMV forecasting, ecosystem growth, search and conversion analytics, partner performance, customer and partner effort, and executive KPI reporting
Develop reusable analytics services that expose trusted marketplace intelligence through dashboards, APIs, semantic models, and AI-ready data products, driving a "build once, consume everywhere" architecture so analytics can be consumed consistently across Salesforce products, partner experiences, and AI agents
Own the strategy for telemetry, instrumentation, data governance, and marketplace data architecture, establishing canonical data models, metadata standards, taxonomy, semantic definitions, identity resolution, and data quality practices that enable trusted decision-making and scalable platform capabilities
Build self-service analytics for executives, product teams, engineering, and partners while enabling predictive and AI-powered capabilities such as forecasting, lead scoring, ecosystem health, recommendations, conversational analytics, and business intelligence
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, UX, Finance, Security & Trust, and Business Intelligence to deliver reusable platform capabilities. Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers while influencing architecture and product strategy across multiple organizations
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise platform products
Experience building data platforms, analytics platforms, telemetry systems, or business intelligence products
Strong understanding of modern data platform architecture, including data modeling, APIs, event-driven systems, governance, metadata management, semantic layers, experimentation, and AI/ML data pipelines
Experience delivering reusable platform services and data products consumed by multiple applications
Demonstrated success partnering with Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams
Strong executive communication and organizational leadership skills with the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders
Experience leading and developing Product Management teams
Familiarity with AI-powered analytics, conversational BI, or marketplace/ecosystem products
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
