Middle Office F&O/Cash Equities Analyst (Vaga PCD)

Own and execute day-to-day operational routines and controls for the PLC Intercompany process, improving standardization and traceability, and strengthening audit readiness and operational resilience. In addition, perform end-of-day client allocations for Cash Equities and F&O (notably due to extended trading hours), provide backup for BAU activities, and support consolidation of CTVM-wide metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily operational routines and controls in line with established procedures for the PLC Intercompany process.
  • Perform reconciliations, validations, investigations, and exception resolution to ensure accurate intercompany balances and postings.
  • Support business and client demands; monitor workflows and ensure timely resolution of operational and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Produce and maintain operational metrics, macros, and reports for governance, monitoring, and management reporting.
  • Partner with Technology, Product, and other support teams to investigate root causes and resolve operational issues.
  • Support implementation of process changes, enhancements, and regulatory requirements impacting the PLC Intercompany operating model.
  • Contribute to consolidation and standardization across teams, including defining backup coverage to enhance operational resilience.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
  • Operational experience and/or knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
  • Understanding of operations processes and controls (advantage).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Experience with reconciliations, investigations, exception management, and control activities (preferred).
