We are seeking a highly analytical and diligent Lead Analyst, Finance Operations, to bridge the gap between media strategy and financial operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate budget management, financial alignment, and operational efficiency across media investments and finance systems. 

We seek a candidate with a strong foundation in financial analysis and media operations. This person will guide cross-functional teams, refine processes, and uphold accountability in budget tracking and reconciliation. Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end budget reconciliation for paid media campaigns across all regions, ensuring accuracy and financial integrity 

  • Perform monthly reconciliations of media spend, ensuring accurate financial coding and classification 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between media and finance teams – ensuring media plans, flighting, and finance checkbooks remain in sync and aligned 

  • Proactively communicate budget transfers, shifts, and incremental funding to all relevant collaborators 

  • Collaborate closely with media teams to handle budget adjustments, including transfers, reallocations, and additional funding 

  • Deliver consolidated reporting on media spend and pacing weekly, working with buyers to ensure pacing is on target 

  • Establish and enforce financial controls to mitigate risks of over- or under-spending 

  • Support PO processes and RTS (requisition-to-settlement) workflows 

  • Manage and approve invoices related to each PO 

  • Own the end-to-end quarterly fee accrual and true-up process, including holding fees, balancing actuals, and returning surplus funds to media teams in a timely manner 

  • Continuously find opportunities to reduce friction, streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance cross-functional workflows using automated systems 

 

 

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of experience in finance operations, digital media, marketing, or a related field 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling and financial analysis 

  • Strong understanding of media planning, buying, billing, and reconciliation processes 

  • Experience managing budgets across multiple collaborators and platforms 

  • Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks is a plus 

  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail 

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence collaborators and drive cross-functional alignment

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $85,300 -- $186,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

 



In California, the pay range for this position is $128,600 - $186,200


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
